We will continue to bulk bill Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) holders and children under 16 between 10am and 4pm (last appointment 3.45pm).
Standard concession: applies to Health Care Card holders.
DVA: DVA patients will be bulk billed Monday-Friday at all times. Private fees apply on Saturdays.
IUD Insertion/Removal

IUD Insertion
Hormonal IUD (Kyleena/Mirena): $350.00 payable on the day (OOP approx. $189.00)
Copper IUD/Non Hormonal IUD: $375.00 payable on the day (OOP approx. $214.45)
All IUD insertions will need a 30 minute pre-insertion appointment with Dr Alison Ward. There is no bulk billing available for this appointment (reduced rates available for concession card holders). Please call reception on 9467 5433 for more information or to book.
**Please note: We have a strict cancellation notice period of at least 4 hours for an IUD insertion appointment. The cancellation fee is 50% of the above fees.
IUD Removal
There is no bulk billing available for IUD removal appointments (reduced rates available for concession card holders). Please call reception on 9467 5433 for more information or to book.
Telehealth: Fees are the same as for face to face appointments, allowing you to decide which mode of appointment suits you best. Please note that you need to have been seen face to face in our clinic within the last 12 months to receive a Medicare rebate for a telehealth consult.
TAC and WorkCover: Private fees only (patient claims back from insurer).
Dressings/Procedures: All dressings/procedures will incur out of pocket fees. Please discuss this with the doctor or reception on booking.
Cancellations: Please call and let us know if you cannot make your appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged if less than 1 hours notice is given to cancel your appointment. A fee will also be charged for non-attendance or missed appointments. Fee is dependent on length of appointment booked.
